RETURN POLICY
For any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery using our free prepaid USPS return label — no questions asked. You're welcome to open the packaging and try the product on before deciding.
Refunds are issued as in-store credits, applied directly to your account. You can use those credits to exchange for another product or keep them for a future purchase.
- Lifetime maximum: $500 in in-store credit refunds
- Loyal Members lifetime maximum: $750
Once you've reached your lifetime limit, we can no longer accept returns.
To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition — not washed, styled, dyed, cut, or altered in any way.
Exclusions:
- Items marked "Final Sale" in the product title cannot be returned
- Items purchased with in-store credits are not eligible for return
- Items received as part of an exchange are not eligible for return
